Domains with External Email

If you want to use Gmail/HotMail/OutLook or any other external mail service for your domain which is hosted on a Directadmin server you should disable "Local Mail Server" option for it:

Login as user into Directadmin
Select a desirable domain from a list (in case if you have more than one domain under the account)
Go to a "MX Records" page for the domain
Find a "Local Mail Server" option on the page
Uncheck it if you don't want to use this server to handle your emails.

Click "Save".

If you do not have the "MX Records" menu in your DirectAdmin User Level login, then ask your hosting provider to enable the DNS Control option for your account.
